Extended Stay Rates



* Extended rates must be paid in advance at check-in and is NON-REFUNDABLE. * All rates assume single or double occupancy. * Rates apply betweem October 1st, throgh May 1st only. * Special Events Excluded Pet Policy: Pets are discouraged, however, small pets are accepted at a charge of $10.00. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms and must be on a leash. Reservation Policy : A deposit of one night's lodging is required for each room reserved which will be applied to your last night's stay. Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation. Seven day notice of cancellation is required for full refund of your deposit.
